1st Gold Cup Ride

This was my 1st and only Gold Cup ride and we finished 7th of of a field of 12. The race was sponsored by Cockspur Rum back in those days and had a total purse of approx. $30,000 BAR (approx. $15,000 US) and had not reached it's popularity or magnitude around the world as it does today.
